About BigOne Platforms
Built for operators, by operators.
BigOne Platforms builds AI-driven operational intelligence for defense logistics, manufacturing, and hospitality. Tampa-based. Serverless-first. One engineering team with two live platforms and a third in development.
Mission
Why we exist
The largest defense contractors in the world operate on spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and legacy ERP systems that were not designed for theater-scale logistics in contested environments. Small manufacturers who run QuickBooks lack the operational intelligence to compete with larger players who can afford enterprise ERP implementations.
BigOne Platforms was built because the operators closest to the problem — the logistics chiefs, the maintenance supervisors, the floor managers — had no tools worthy of the work they were doing.
We solve that. One shared platform. Three purpose-built products. The same AI models and CDK constructs that power a defense contractor's theater logistics operation also power a manufacturer's shop floor in Tampa.
Corporate Structure
Legal entities
The corporate structure is intentionally designed for the dual commercial/defense market. Defense IP and CUI handling are isolated in a separate entity to support GovCloud access requirements and future security clearance needs.
Parent Company
Big One Platforms LLC
bigoneplatforms.com
Parent holding entity. Operates BigMFGOne and BigSystemOne directly. Owns the platform-web marketing site and shared infrastructure. Commercial AWS accounts, QuickBooks integrations, and Intuit App Store listings are held under this entity.

Defense Subsidiary
BigForgeOne LLC
Separate entity for FORGE IP & CUI handling
Separate legal entity that owns all FORGE intellectual property and handles Controlled Unclassified Information. AWS GovCloud accounts, defense contracts, and SOFGLAS subcontract relationships are held under BigForgeOne LLC. This separation maintains a clean boundary between commercial and government operations and positions the entity correctly for future CAGE code, SAM.gov registration, and clearance requirements.

FORGE
LiveDefense Logistics Intelligence
BigForgeOne LLC
The defense platform. Built for LOGCAP VI theater logistics operations, FORGE handles inventory, maintenance, procurement, and C2 integration for defense contractors operating at scale. FORGE IP and CUI handling are isolated in a separate legal entity — BigForgeOne LLC — to maintain clean separation for GovCloud access and future clearance requirements.
BigMFGOne
LiveManufacturing & Inventory Intelligence
Big One Platforms LLC
The commercial manufacturing platform. AI-powered inventory and operations management for small-to-mid-size manufacturers who run QuickBooks. Native bidirectional sync, AI demand forecasting, and visual part identification — all at $49-$249/mo SaaS pricing. Listed on the Intuit App Store and targeting 7M+ QuickBooks businesses.
BigSystemOne
Coming SoonRestaurant & Hospitality Operations
Big One Platforms LLC
The hospitality platform. Built on the same shared codebase as FORGE and BigMFGOne, BigSystemOne will bring multi-location inventory, vendor management, staff scheduling, and food cost analytics to restaurant groups and hospitality businesses. Active development. Early access interest welcome.
Engineering
Technology DNA
A Turborepo monorepo with TypeScript strict mode across every package. Serverless-first AWS CDK infrastructure that deploys identically to commercial and GovCloud. The same CDK construct that provisions a DynamoDB table for BigMFGOne in us-east-1 provisions it for FORGE in us-gov-west-1 with a single environment flag.

Strategy
The compound advantage
Dual Revenue Streams
FORGE addresses the $50B+ LOGCAP VI defense market. BigMFGOne addresses the 7M+ QuickBooks commercial manufacturer market. One engineering team. Two live products. Development costs amortized across both revenue streams.
Data Flywheel
AI model improvements flow across products. Demand forecasting trained on commercial manufacturing data improves FORGE's logistics predictions. Failure prediction models trained on defense equipment data improve BigMFGOne maintenance recommendations.
SOFGLAS Positioning
FORGE is positioned as a SOFGLAS subcontractor technology layer with Fluor as prime. Tampa location enables direct relationships with SOCOM, CENTCOM, and USFF stakeholders. SOF Week annual presence for market development.
